Ray is a licensed Class A Contractor with more than 30 years of construction experience. Our team offers a range of skills and expertise to meet your specific needs. Melisa’s passion for design+build started after building her first home with Ray in ’96 and was further fueled by a trip to Greece. She pursued a degree in Architecture, completing her first year at Hampton University and transferring to NC State’s School of Design, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Environmental Design in Architecture in 2003.
