In 1971, my father decided to start his own company named after my mother to attract attention as it was unusual in the 70s to have a woman’s name as a plumbing company. Thus, Betty’s Plumbing and Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical was born. I continued working for Betty’s Plumbing and Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical until 2012 when a life-changing illness of my mothers caused us to have to sell the business.
So I, Wayne H. Parks, started Company in 2012. You could say I was basically born and raised into the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical business. I learned about the business through years of experience and I have always continued education through trade schools, seminars, manufactures classes, and classes available through our suppliers.
