The Business was started in May 1993 after the owner, Sammy Steen, retired from 23 years of Air Force duty. Started out with a portable machine, similar to the ones you can rent from Lowes or Home Depot. Eventually started taking classes on upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, carpet dyeing, carpet repair. Then purchased my truck mount. Took some more classes on water damage restoration, fire damage restoration and marketing. Added two more vehicles and two more full time employees.
