- 2+ years of experience as a Trust & Estate Planning Paralegal,
- Extensive knowledge of trust and estate planning concepts, statutes, and procedures, because you’re ready to dive headfirst into the legalese sea.
- Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and file management software because you’re a tech-savvy legal superhero.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, because in the world of estate planning, every detail matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, because you’ll be translating legal complexity into plain language for clients
- Display exceptional attention to detail, because we’re not clowning around when it comes to accuracy.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease, like a professional circus performer.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, because clear communication is the key to avoiding any legal tightrope act.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues, because navigating the legal landscape can sometimes feel like a maze.
- Collaborate with attorneys to gather and organize client information for the drafting of legal document.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations related to trust and estate planning.
- Assist with the preparation of trust agreements, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Review and analyze trust and estate planning documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
