DESCRIPTIONAmazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced business development and partner manager to join our AWS for SAP team in North America. This influential position requires an individual who can manage and enhance our relationships with SAP’s field, driving pipeline building and co-sell strategies that align with AWS priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud and SAP ERP with a proven track record in managing field relationships, plus conducting enablement and business development with sellers in the technology industry.Key job responsibilities
1/ Develop and execute plans to grow AWS’s footprint within SAP, targeting key areas for collaboration and mutual growth.
2/ Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with SAP’s field, ensuring AWS/SAP alignment and cooperation on accounts and sales initiatives.
3/ Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and pre-sales to ensure effective governance of the relationship
4/ Plan and manage activities within AWS and with SAP to drive new business opportunities
5/ Represent AWS as SAP-related events, conferences, QBRs and more, enhancing the brand’s presence and visibility
6/ Monitor market trends and competitor activities within SAP landscape to guide strategic decision making
7/ Facilitate enablement sessions for SAP
8/ Manage regular pipeline and business reporting and success metrics, ensuring clear communication of results and achievements to senior leadership.About the team

– 5+ years of professional or military experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
