Outside Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking a career oriented, self-starting professional for a Commercial Outside Sales Representative position. As a sales rep, you will be selling commercial roofing systems and repair services to a variety of existing and potential clients throughout Washington DC and surrounding areas. Our ideal candidate will possess commercial sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years).Requirements/Responsibilities:
- You will be implementing sales strategies to maximize the Company’s sales.
- Demonstrated influencing and selling skills.
- Strong follow up and relationship building ability.
- Pleasant personality.
- Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget.
- Must be able to assist customers in inspecting, measuring, and estimating roof projects.
- Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record necessary.
- Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Strong computer aptitude is desired.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus.
