We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Sales/Estimator to become part of our dynamic team.We seek a motivated professional with 3-5 years of proven experience in the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, outstanding sales skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.
